Say it straight
If a repair will hold, we say so. If the roof is past saving, we say that too — with photos, not pressure.

Built around the Valley we live in
New England Remodeling General Contractors is a small, owner-run shop in Southampton. We would rather be the contractor your neighbor recommends than the biggest name on the highway.
The short version
One contractor, the whole outside of the house
Thomas Bacis spent years watching homeowners get bounced between a roofer, a siding company and a window installer — each blaming the other when something leaked. NERGC exists to end that. We carry roofing, siding, windows and gutters in-house, so one crew owns the result and one warranty covers it.
That means an estimate Thomas has actually reviewed, a schedule we keep, and a property left cleaner than we found it. Most of our work comes from the last homeowner pointing us to the next one — which is exactly how we like to grow.

Where we work
Across the Pioneer Valley
Centered on Southampton and an easy drive in every direction. If your town is not listed, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can do it right.
Let us take an honest look at your exterior
Meet the person who will actually run your job. Thomas or a lead estimator walks the property, talks options, and leaves you a written scope.
